I had a discussion this week regarding the need for a marketing plan. Remember when putting together your marketing plan do your due diligence not just on the market, but on your competitors as well. After you have a better understanding of your competition you can begin looking at or determine how to position yourself in the market.
Once you have determined this, how you fit in the market, you can better compete for clients.
