Networking is "relationship building"
The topic arises when discussing a clients marketing efforts. How they go about meeting with or talking with potential clients about their business or product.
Over the years, one thing that has worked for me. I feel is more impactful, is sitting down with someone 1-on-1. I intentionally invite someone I really don't know for a cup of coffee. When extending the invite, I share that I'm simply seeking an opportunity to sit down and learn about their product, their service, them as an individual. I find time in my schedule once a month to do this.
Try it, the most it will cost you an hour of your time, and I will buy the coffee.
