When I'm meeting with a start-up, the discussion of what to charge for a service, or a product always comes up. Sure, peruse the landscape and see what your competition is charging. But also ensure you are looking at what they are offering for said price. It's not always "apples to apples", what is different about your business? There are several things one can do or consider when determining their price point. If you are struggling justifying your price, take a step back and review how you are communicating the value of your product or service. Sometimes it's not a pricing problem but more of a lack of effectively communicating the value.
